This item was purchased at L.L.Bean while living in the United States. It's a white tag item, and one of the last apparel items made in the USA. It's from about 30 years ago.
There is some fading and the elastic waistband has stretched due to aging, but there are no stains or tears. It has pockets on both sides, and the waist is elastic. There are holes for a drawstring, but the drawstring is missing, so please be aware of that. The size tag has come off, so there is no size listed. I've estimated the size to be 2XL, but please check the measurements carefully. It's a large size.
